CNC Lathe Operators and Programmers
We are currently looking for precision CNC lathe machinists, trainees, and journeymen and women.
Responsibilities include reading and following work instructions, interpreting machine drawings, routings, and BOMs, operating a CNC lathe, and manufacturing parts to specifications within a timely manner.
Applicants must be detail oriented and display a professional and productive attitude. Candidates should know or be able to learn how to machine basic offsets and complete setups. Additionally, ideal candidates will have experience and a knowledge of and ability to use Fanuc Controls. Machinists will be expected to learn and acquire the skills necessary to master their trade. Occasional overtime may also be required.
Positions are available for the day shift, beginning at 6:30 a.m. Other shifts may be available in the future. Starting hourly wages range from $8-$18, depending on education and experience. Electromechanical Drafter

Mechanical Engineer
We are looking for an innovative mechanical/design engineer with a degree from an ABET accredited university. Ideal candidates will have a PE license or should have the desire to pursue one. You should be capable of balancing multiple projects and should have some familiarity with AutoCAD, as the position will require use of this program. Because our company customizes equipment for specific customer applications, our engineers are expected to not only design modified versions of our standard equipment, but to work individually or on a team designing new equipment as well. You should be willing to learn and should have the desire to be involved in all aspects of the engineering and design process.
Other responsibilities of this position include performing design and safety calculations, acquiring new product certifications, and analyzing customer specifications. Engineers work regularly with our drafting, sales, and estimating departments and occasionally work with research and development, manufacturing, and quality control. When you are involved in the design of a new product, you will be expected to assist with producing instruction manuals for the product. A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of applications and the ability to learn the Welker ERP software is required.

Production Painter

Quality Control Engineer
