clock2At Welker, we make every attempt to meet our customers’ delivery expectations.

That’s the impetus behind our “In By 10, Out In 2 Days” and “In By 10, Out By 5” pledges.

The commitment to two-day shipments is for equipment that has all components required for assembly in stock at the time the order is placed. If a purchase order from an existing customer is received before 10 a.m. (U.S. Central Time Zone), we will ship the order in two business days.

If a purchase order is received after 10 a.m., our commitment is to ship by the third business day after receipt, although we may be able to ship in two days in those instances as well.

Our two-day commitment is for existing customers only. For new customers, if an account is set up by 10 a.m., the order will be shipped in two days. For accounts set up after 10 a.m., the order will ship three days after the set-up.

The shipment quantity is limited to the quantity available at the time the purchase order is received. Orders that require certain certifications may not qualify for two-day shipments.

With the “In by 10, Out by 5” policy, any purchase order received by 10 a.m. from an existing customer for in-stock products will be shipped by 5 p.m. the same day.

The pledge is for in-stock equipment and depends on quantities available at time of order. For purchase orders received after 10 a.m., we will still make every attempt to meet the same-day shipment. If we are unable to, we will ship the in-stock item the next business day.

The commitment to new customers for in-stock items is shipment the next business day, as long as account set-up is completed by 10 a.m. the next day.
